The only thing weird with this photo is putting a glass of ~~wine~~ anything on the floor next to kids playing games. That glass will either be spilled or broken.

You mean the part about it being painful? Yeah same.

Gilead is nigh.

Pardon my ignorance as a non-American, but which out of the four was the option for (possibly) ending the genocide?

They should, yes. (I'm not American.)

The thing about picking the lesser evil is that it's supposed to make the sides compete against one another. It doesn't take a single election to change the atmosphere of politics. It takes many iterations to make the politicians understand what the people want, if the only communication from the people is via voting.

That's why you pick the lesser evil, because the only way they would otherwise make things worse is by joining up and working together to destroy the country and its people. But then you have bigger issues than democracy.

Many examples, but more wholesome places where people share interests rather than places where people discuss opinions. E.g. c/cubers, and similar.

a criminal record that would make it almost impossible to find an entry-level grocery packer job is completely OK for a ~~politician~~ fucking president of a huge country

I refuse to think about it that way lol. Quantity does not equal acceptance for me. We have to hold our countries' representatives to a higher standard than being outright criminals, guilty of many, serious offenses. If there are only a handful of politicians left after such a sift, then so be it.

Thank God I'm not in the USA. But it's not like this doesn't fuck over the rest of the world too.

I had a chance to buy a Tesla. Chose not to. Chose a Volvo instead. All heroes don't wear capes.

Hmm. I should buy a cape. Hey Google, remind me to buy a cape.

I just feel like after a public rapist becomes president, twice, there's no hope for Americans. It really is hopeless by now.

I know right. I wish any of my friends were using that shit. Can't get them to get off of Facebook Messenger though. FML 💀 I hate it.

Hey all. I'm having this issue where a bunch of content replies disappear on me. Or, rather, they are in my inbox, but when I click them to go reply and vote on them in the comments of the post where they are, they are completely missing from the thread/conversation. So to make it clear, they never disappear from my inbox, but they just can't be seen in the comments section itself, under the associated post.

Is this a bug or expected behavior?

Thanks for any help.
