The word you're looking for is squint
The whole point of diffusion models is that you can generate new concepts using training data. Models trained on any nsfw images can combine those concepts with any of its non-nsfw concepts. Of course, that's not to say there isn't CSAM in any training data, because there objectively has been in the past, but there doesn't need to be any to generate it.

Of course anyone can live without YouTube, that doesn't mean there isn't a lot of enjoyable content that I would miss without it.
Ease of creation shouldn't have a bearing on whether or not the final result is illegal. A handmade vs AI generated fake nude should be treated the same way.
It's more like we should ban the addition of unsafe additives to alcohol vs banning a specific brand of alcohol, even though most brands add it.
