Unfathomably based.

While it is based on AOSP and is compatible with Android, IIRC Graphene cannot call itself Android due to some Google specifications.

Also, from the point of view of the app developer, GOS is a different use case, as it does not necessarily have Google Play services

Y'all can't even have political discourse without being violent. take away muh freedoms

I understand why my message might suggest that I am American, but I am, in fact, not. I won't go into details to avoid doxxing myself, but I live in a country with strict gun laws, and, in long term, the lack of civilian firearm ownership has proven to have much worse consequences than the opposite.

To add to my original comment, I believe that "without any kind of permit or registration" should be explicitly stated in every article that guarantees some kind of right, as the lack of such statement often leads to slow erosion of the right, starting with the requirement of declaration, and then permission, which then gets more and more difficult to obtain (example: the right to public protest in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine)

My point is that the Photon's dark theme is too dark for me, and I'm making it less dark

A universal right to purchase, own, sell and (if applicable) conceal carry any weapon that is allowed to be used by the nation's military, without any kind of permit or registration. Also, explicitly prohibit military conscription and legally equate it to slavery.

I know some people who still think that.

I really like Photon so far, but I had to tweak the Dark Reader settings a little, as the default look was way to high contrast for me.

On the morning of Thursday, September 21, a private company acting on behalf of the Croatian Forests (Hrvatske Šume d.o.o.) accompanied by police made an unannounced extraterritorial incursion into Liberland and demolished and removed Liberland property. Liberlanders living on the land were threatened with arrest if they interfered. An unspecified number of Liberlanders were arrested under the vague charges of “failure to comply with a lawful order.”

Croatian police escorted the demolition crews who committed this act of indiscriminate destruction. This assault was committed without warning and without the forest company or police issuing any reasons or justification.

Persons present were not given any time to gather their own personal belongings, much less their equipment. Thankfully, no one was injured, but [..] property was damaged and confiscated.

And it would've been bearable, if the politics weren't pretty much the same as on Reddit. From what I see, it has almost exactly the same libleft bias Reddit userbase has, with an (understandable) addition of interest in Linux, self-hosting and FOSS culture.

Make sure that you have logrotate installed and working, to prevent them from piling up.

But what if it doesn't make you younger? So you'll still stay your current age, with all the chronic stuff you already have.

To be honest, we need a community for uplifting libertarian news... Maybe it's just my negativity bias, but there's just too much news about this world going to shit.

A federal judge for the second time overturned California’s ban on large-capacity ammunition magazines that can hold more than 10 bullets, ruling Friday that it lacked a historical basis and is therefore unconstitutional.

So, I've started my own Lemmy instance. The main issue is that right now, I am the only user, which makes it pretty easy for anyone to see what kinds of communities I visited, or am subscribed to. Is there any way to automate creation of some amount of accounts, and subscribing to random communities?
