See the thing is, games like this require time sink. And I just don't do that. I might play games for about an hour after work then be done. I might play more games if I'm out the house, vacation or something, but these days I'm on a steam deck so that doesn't work out. I think these sort of games are very cool, they're just not designed for me since i struggle to put that kind of time in.
Before I ever got into pc gaming I played dust514. When I got into pc gaming I tried eve online and just never got into it. I love real time strategy and thought this would be the mmo equivalent, but it wasn't. I get the urge to try again every once in a while, but it still never clicks.
It's alright enough. Nice to be able to get gyro anytime considering we live in the middle of nowhere.
I got mine yesterday, which was great cause then I could play deep rock while gentoo compiled stuff.
Btw for other gentoo users, you probably know this already but emerge -avuDN && poweroff
We must be brothers
I like framework, if I didn't have a massive stack of think pads to pull from I would absolutely consider them for a daily out the house work computer.
There's a restaurant in my girlfriend's town that basically says that if they have the ingredients then it's on the menu. The menu is absolutely massive.
My great grandmother was from australia, her first husband was british, they met in India. After he died, her second Husband was also Australian, they met somewhere around France. Until I was 5, my parents both worked so I spent every day with my great grandparents and grandparents, this was in southern California in the early 2000s. My accent was fucked and my palette was wide. I often still crave tripe, beef tongue, liver n onions. That hearty and rich flavour is something I just can never get enough of.
