I think what they are trying to ask is why did all the DNC undermining still stop people from voting Bernie. The point being that it came off that he was so popular that even DNC with all their undermining shouldn't have gotten in the way of him winning the nomination.

Fair point. I should not have grouped Progressives with Liberals. But in the current US political landscape, Liberals tend to move policy forward even if they are only tiny incremental changes.
This makes a lot of sense actually. Conservative values represent upholding the status quo and at this exact moment that is how society works. So in the moment they see society following their values which makes them happy.
Progressives and Liberals are programmatic and critical of society and see things that could be better. That inherently makes you less happy with what's going on around you since you can imagine a better world.
Yes ignorance is indeed bliss when it comes to being conservative.

I got a different take from this article. The economy doesn't really play into the fact that games are so big today because you have to make it bigger than the previous one. Same with the console stats. Gotta make it more powerful. But we are at a point where most people can't see the difference between PS5 and PS4. It's going to be even less obvious when PS6 arrives.
I agree that it's time for a hard reset.
Obviously as a kid I thought the Nintendo of the mid90s was the best. But over the years I've come to realize just how much of a flop that era was.
Still love my N64 collection though and even to this day finding new gems.
I've been playing through Fallout New Vegas for the first time. Got it modded to look modern too so that's been a really nice touch. New Vegas Reloaded is a bitch to get running but so worth it.
Fallout 3 was my very first Fallout and played it way back when it came out, then proceeded to skip new Vegas and played thru 4 back when that one released.
All this time I was time I was like damn, 3 is my favorite only because of nostalgia and actually ran a quick play thru back in April when all the Fallout hype started because of the TV show.
But I also bought New Vegas finally during this hype and am almost done with my first playthrough and wow I get why it's considered the best Fallout game.
The RPG elements are perfection, the stories are so interesting and gameplay is challenging but fair. I'm so glad I can now understand all the hype behind this game.
I'm just one of the oddballs. I never played NV until this year and I've really enjoyed it and I know objectively it's a better game. The reason I choose 3 or NV is simply because I have good memories when I was younger playing a gaming genre id never experienced prior.
I never played 76 or the two originals from interplay. Between 3 NV and 4, it's always hard to top your first. And playing F3 was my first and an experience. I hadn't played the elder scrolls before this and was just amazed with freedom that these open world RPGs gave you. Yeah so gonna have to go with F3 for the sole reason of nostalgia.
Geezus the story isn't ass. I know you prefaced with it just being your opinion, but with a charged comment like that's it's hard not to want to push back.
I asked my brother this who's a huge fina fantasy fan and he says it's the best story wise since 10. 13 is just boring, 15 is so convoluted and bloated. 12 is pretty good but the retread in Ivaice always felt like a cop out. 16 is the most consice FF story wise in years.
I'm not holding my breath but this could be a huge turning point for the Democratic party where they may finally follow the populism playbook that Bernie started in 2016.
