My expectations have been exceeded.

What book is this?

It’s a trip seeing them around. Somehow they look even worse in person.

1 bed/bath to myself (and my cat). Happier here than anywhere I’ve been with a partner.

Birthdays make me so uncomfortable. Even when they’re mentioned in work chat and it’s flooded with gifs/“happy birthday!”s, I just don’t get it.

Those birds are crazy. My dad and I painted our neighbor’s house one summer when I was a kid, and at the end of each day I’d call her name out and let her know the status. After we finished, her African Grey would call her name in my voice every day so well that she thought we were still there.

My daily carry bag always includes my Kindle, my cribbage board, and dog treats.

I don’t even like working.
