That depends on management, however it definitely could benefit the company.

I think the biggest issue is that a bunch of people are, probably unexpectedly, out of a job.

I don't own a cloak, but I'm 90% confident that they're more convenient than coats/jackets

That's a bingo...

Honestly it sounds like you might like some of the aspects of EVE Online

But depending on cost, in my hopeful optimistic universe, that could mean bringing back replaceable batteries.

Human brains have the strangest triggers.

'This exact thing will definitely kill me, this nearly identical thing is fine.'

Existence is wild.

I feel like my oats have been disparaged. The peasantry demands an apology.

If/when this happens it will just lead to a rise in aftermarket products to disable the feature.

Hell, since they will probably use AI to parse the audio you can probably use it to fuck with your friends. Like when people would put out hyper-specific FB ads but via cars.

If they don't call it Chick-fa-licks I'll be disappointed. I mean as a whole I find the company upsetting already, but I will add disappointment to that.

I always wonder how much of the ad hell some websites have is necessary to maintain the website and pay employees a (hopefully) livable wage vs pure greed.

One of the worst things, in my opinion, that came from the old Internet was just how shady and sometimes dangerous ads are.

It's called working in IT. Gotta make sure those servers are up.

As I'm sure most of you know, searching for tips on how to manage symptoms, what can effect medications, or just general information about ADHD there is a lot of advice for parents or information written about ADHD children. I'm tired of looking at information that sounds like ADHD is a thing you age out of, hell I thought we got past that point a long time ago. You fine folks have any sources for ADHD info that don't assume you're the parent of a bratty 6 year old?

I've been reading through the rulebook and this game seems like it would mesh well with having a largeish base of players doing a number of one-shot or low session count mini-campains that are contained within a large community. Does anyone know of any communities for this that already exist? If not would anyone have an interest in starting one?
