Which I'm sure are definitely not of lower quality with an increased ratio of duds produced by a more war-centric economy that's ultimately degrading their society even further.

It's not a simple one to one. Everyone's use case and experience is different. Don't get me wrong, I'm all in on the FOSS train and I don't approve of Microsoft's direction with Windows but it's still a consistently hassle-free experience compared to Linux for people who just don't wanna deal with distros, terminals, repositories or compatibility layers.

I never thought he specifically ordered the killing blow but given that he did order him jailed in cruel conditions under a ton of bogus charges Navalny's death is on his head either way.

Do I have to point out that this title is misleading? Don't get me wrong, I'd be glad if it were true... one less child killer roaming the world but if you read the article it hasn't been confirmed by western sources he was on that plane.

From what I heard it was a bit more nuanced than that. The russian government deliberately ordered the army's air defences disabled which allowed American air power to have free reign in that battlefield. I've no doubt the americans would have beaten them back regardless but with casualties.
