As a formally certified pharmacy tech(no longer live in the sate I was certified in), take the recommended dose. Please.

I mean, I don't know if I'd still be interested in women after being a vampire that long, but I'd like to think so.

Go to a country with lax sex laws (or at least enforcement), set up a bordello and feed on the workers while they sleep off their necessary highs for doing sex work for a horrible human (vampire) being.

Plus, under the rules I'm fixating on mentally, drinking the blood of someone who is high will get the vampire high, and after hundreds of years plus immortality, I'm gonna get high at some point lol.

(Rules referenced: Old World of Darkness, VTM, etc)

WD-40 is not a lubricant, it can do it short term, but makes things worse long term.

WD-40 literally stands for Water Displacement - Formula 40.

Its to keep mechanical components hydrophobic so they don't rust or otherwise degrade due to the presence of water.

For locks and keyways, you want powdered graphite as a lubricant. I keep a small tube (puffer style) in my pick kit if needed.

Or slightly more expensive, if legal in your area, are actual locksmith tools.

I have a pick set I busted out this morning to unlock a pad lock on our circuit breaker (outside for some stupid reason, locked because its a new development and we had construction workers turn the house off while me and the wife were the only people on our respective jobs working the shift remotely)

We need power to run desktops. A UPS is handy, but its a bandaid to shut down correctly until power is restored fully.

You don't get dependencies in real life like that.

You work 10 years in an industry and try to get a promotion? That may be a dependency issue.

I been dealing with ADHD (diagnosed) since the age of 7.

It is a pendulum, but it doesn't just swing back and stop.

Throw in bipolar disorder, and your world can go to shit rapidly and you probably will not understand how until after you've done the damage of trying to fix it.

I can't. Literally can't.

I will not fall asleep unless I spend some time unwinding first. Preferably alone.

No, not a masturbation reference, but I just need some quiet and not have to remember every little social rule that no one ever explained to any extent, at least to me, seems like others have an idea though.

Its a time to let go of social anxiety build up.

Coworkers make the anxiety worse, friends too, my wife as well. It builds up and I need a couple hours by myself to let that fade before I have a chance of sleeping, even with my meds, some of which are prescribed simply to knock my ass out.

Then again, as a teenager, I stayed up 9 days straight before a doctor snowed me and I crashed. No, it wasn't some attempt, it was straight insomnia - it sucked tremendously. Also, no, not coke, being "snowed" on an EEG (brain waves) means the medication has caused such a response in the brain, you're just getting the EEG equivalent to static on an untuned channel, so I have issues with sleep, and have since childhood.

10pm seems late, lol.

Then again, my social circle would get off work, usually staggered by a few hours as people got off.

Then we'd head to the nearby watering hole and join in the festivities that were ongoing from people who opened lol.

Shop doors were shut by 8pm, give the floor a quick pass to clean up any major debris left over from the day (IE: run the push broom over all floors, scoop up, and dump) and then just making sure that a few things were stocked sufficiently for the morning. Like commonly used oils for oil changes.

Now... well,

Bed time is 9pm. I'm not currently working, but want to maintain a reasonable day shift for when I find work. I prefer overnight, but that doesn't seem to be an option where I moved.

Wife gets up, I get up, and start with applying for jobs and housework. Weekends mean she is working 7a to 7p, medical work, so standard. So we're up by 6:30 to get some food/caffeine in us before she works - though, if neither of us are hungry, I'll acquire any caffeine needed and cook later. I'm not cooking at 6:30am. Period. I will burn myself, one of the animals, or my wife, or the house down so.... no, I need caffeine first, lol.

Planescape: Torment does it for me.

More lines of dialogue than all of Shakespear's works? Sign me up for that kinda RPG, lol.

Though these days some good voice actors can do a lot, looking at BG3 here, at least the voice casting.

Don't worry, the anarchists and anti-whatever folk will bring bricks with them to throw.

Plus how many people have multiple computers in the house?

I sure as fuck do.

I generally run a phone (just because it was mentioned), a desktop, and a laptop.

Plus, my wife technically has three jobs (1 full time, 2 PRN) and hardware (laptop) from each of them, plus she not only has a windows laptop, but a macbook, plus her phone, plus her tablet.... it goes on, lol.

My desktop is currently on windows as I'm relying on some third party tools for a game, and I just haven't had the energy to look into it and get it running on Linux. (EQ private server, well within their rules, though their rules don't match the live environment - just wanted to clarify I wasn't cheating anyone, if they include install instructions on the home page, I assume its allowable, plus the GMs give advice in chat for configuration for newbies)

The laptop, is almost, without fail, some flavor of Linux. Its a personal machine, but I've mostly worked night shift help desk... sometimes there is time to kill. So I keep it in my backpack of tools and other shit, boot it up and continue whatever I was looking into previously to entertain myself.

Technically, I'm studying for an advanced role at on the security team, for the most part, lol.

Just because I cracked the coffee shop next doors wifi to borrow their internet (So I can view things that are NOT on my employer's network on my personal phone) doesn't mean I'm doing anything nefarious to my employers, and the coffee shop had the wifi password written on a board at their stations, but they were closed because while people may NEED coffee at 2AM (especially to keep fucking children's hospitals running), they don't seem to care.

Yeah, I used to live in Texas and saw that.

When I saw that headline, I said "Well, Steve is fucked."

Steve was the guy who was usually behind the counter at a LEGAL hemp shop.

He regularly partook of the products, but that just lead to some great recommendations lol.
