Off-topic: do you have a guide on how to get uMatrix to do this blocking? That sounds great but it looks to be all manual. Do you run it with uBlock Origin?

It didn't look outdated to me, but is kind of weird and hard to get used to, though I eventually did. I don't know how to make an export from Bitwarden to take into KeePassXC, though... I'll need to look into this. Perhaps it can't be done from the browser alone. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

I could not figure out how to get off the water world. My spaceship was stuck in the trees and I just spun in water spouts. It was really annoying and not fun at all, so, yes, the fact that I couldn't get my spaceship back up in the air was definitely a gate. What was I supposed to do in that situation?

And have to worry about their health, happiness, and education... heck no!

SupCom will never displace TA.

Hmm... well, better than nothing!

Do you sync it across your devices using Syncthing? That's what I'm thinking of doing.

I found this app to be terrible. When word-wrapping, it puts the last word in a new line of its own unless there is one space after said word. There were other issues that I had with it but that was definitely the most annoying one. I dropped it for Markor.

Certain ones in Milwaukee's network as well, yeah. There are also FireWire VHS-to-USB converters, telescopes, microscopes, etc.

I think this depends on each games programming in terms of which websites they check to set up hosts. Great idea if it can work, though.

I abhor all mouse-based games that require you to stop moving to attack. There's just something about that mechanic that I will never enjoy no matter what. I've tried Diablo, Titan Quest, etc. multiple times and have always come to the same conclusion: you can't (easily) dodge enemy attacks while also attacking yourself, which is irritating to no end. (I wonder if that's why I love the independent attacking behavior of units in Total Annihilation...)

Anyway, glad you've found it to be fun. I'm still on the hunt for any similar ARPG that's more twin-stick in nature, though.

I ride off of friends' suggestions just as equally as my own discoveries; Sword Art Online has been interesting.

I don't like when things end most of the time.

My friend, let me introduce you to the sprawling hit video game Noita.

Other than having to make a workaround by creating an auto-syncing script through at least, like, probably 2 other apps... hmm...

I didn't know that the connectors automatically draw lines from box to box! For years, I'd been seeking software that could do this. The line-connecting behavior is a bit weird and unpredictable, but it's still fun!

I'm mightily tempted, finally, by this month's Prime subscription's giveaway of the game KeyWe, which requires Epic Games account-linking.

I'm not really sure of what data risk to expect should I finally expose my real Amazon account to Epic Games (which is pretty much a dummy account that I've only been using to collect their giveaways ever since they began). I have refused to link accounts all these months so far. What do you think?

I tried Collabora on a Galaxy Droid and it was such a massively buggy disappointment: in a .ODS file, I couldn't backspace more than once; I could only delete one character at a time. I had to enter another character or move the cursor or do something else before it would take another backspace. I don't understand how this app has as high reviews as it does, or no one has used its spreadsheet editor.

I so far can't get away from Google Drive because tables are absolutely critical to my work... Any ideas to help de-Google would be deeply appreciated!

Update: The search continues, as ONLYOFFICE did not work out either and similarly had file-editing problems. For now, I've resorted to .TXTs...

Their website says to get it on F-Droid: https://molly.im/download/fdroid/

But it's not on there. Did it get delisted for some reason?

These sliders are immensely helpful with quick estimates!

I rely on Bitwarden (slooowly migrating from... a spreadsheet...) and am thinking of keeping a master backup to be SyncThing-synchronized across all my devices, but I'm not sure of how to secure the SyncThing-synchronized files' local access if any one of my Windows or Android units got stolen and somehow cracked into or something. I'm curious about how others handle theirs. Thanks in advance for sharing!

This is really intriguing, but am I reading the instructions correctly? Call me dumb, but I don't know how to reinstall Win10 Home; I don't have a recovery CD or anything like that. I'd also need to back up everything first... which would be a pain...

I sometimes lose typed text due to form issues, accidental edits/deletions, etc. and am really interested in any running keylogger for Android phones. Thanks for any help or ideas!

Wow, the attacks here are unbelievably disappointing. Why would I lie about this? Has none of you ever lost any typed text ever? Someone even had the audacity to say it exists but refuse to say where...

If not, how do we get one going? I'm new to Lemmy and /r/FreeGameFindings + /r/AppLab are the top subs that I would want to see recreated here!
