Recently I've been playing around with team builds and I had a team of:

Master of Whispers Olias Razah Xandra General Morgan Hadya Kahmu

I decided to switch them out for mercenary heroes and it seems like I can't do anything I did before or at least not as well.

Does it really make a difference?
