The implication being that bombing Iran was the right thing to do but Trump just didn't do it the right way? I'm gonna have to strongly disagree. This feels totally out of character for this comic
Comic Strips
Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

Another take is that if the “wife” had handled the situation instead of ignoring it the “husband” wouldn’t have “had to” act arbitrarily
Parables are beautiful because you take your own meaning
I'm totally with this for the first half, then it made me feel dumb. I am a victim of being the chief household cook and having my ancient gear tossed without being replaced, but I've never bombed Iran. Is it one of those comics just not aimed at me?
I think the guy is Trump while the woman is the establishment Democrats
Which person is Trump? The lady allowing toxic chemicals in the food or the guy hurting her feelings? I'm not getting it.
Wait maybe it's a criticism of other cartoonists? Like, she's a cool mom and not like the other girls?
I'm not getting the metaphor at all here
The best I can come up with is that they are both behaving inappropriately in slightly different ways? The alternatives would seem out of character for this comic.
Im not totally sure either. I think the message is that a lot of countries / groups wanted something to be done about Iran but while they were discussing it Trump just pulled a leroy jenkins on that shit and now they're mad about it.
Yeah, but replacing it was indeed the right thing. What Trump did is debatable at best and wrong in most interpretations.
I mean, Iran of all countries probably shouldn't have nuclear weapons. It's everything else that's fucked up about this.
This will 100% ensure they get nukes as fast as they possibly can, when they weren'ttrying to make them before
You can't just make nukes because you want to just like that, it takes a huge amount of resources that's kinda hard to hide from foreign intelligence. Chances are better than even that they were already trying to do that anyway, and it doesn't seem like it has worked out so well for them.
Hum... I'd put good odds in they getting some now.
Getting what?
Nukes.
It appears that their nuclear weapons program has just been destroyed, where would they get nukes from anytime soon? I suppose Israel and USA could be lying about hitting anything (but not about Iran having a nuclear weapons program), but that doesn't seem that likely.
It's not a good cartoon.
I normally like their stuff, but this one's a miss for me on a bunch of different levels
Is this one of those jokes you need to follow the author's social media to understand?
Except that plastic spatulas should be discarded.
Interventionist American making excuses for their fascist President.
Okay kids... let's go!
