@protestation So many dang trade unionists in this group. Trade unions are not communism. Capitalist trade unions are not even a solid step in the direction of socialism. The only thing they're good for is building worker solidarity, and only if used for that purpose; they don't themselves actually build working class power or oppose capitalist rulership.

No, it does not, unions do not have equal power to the capitalist in company and will never have as long as capitalist is supported by the capitalist system in the dictatorship of bourgeoisie. Unions are only first step in the emancipations of wokers.
Why make things balanced?
What service does the pile of shit in a suit provide that justifies equal weight of all those workers?
My guess is "not enough to deserve it"
Things aren't balanced until we are all on level ground with each other. No fulcrums in sight.
