I remember when the BBC reported on Israel honestly and I remember when they stopped.

No wonder Zionists love some BBC

UK ain't even an empire any more... Should it focused on housing and feeding its own domestic population instead of supporting genocide that will cause a blow back?

And sadly, even with this nonsense, I find BBC to be less biased than American news.

A !news@lemmy.world mod (wrongly) considers The Cradle a "low quality source"

[–] CosmicTurtle0@lemmy.dbzer0.com 23 points 2 days ago (1 children)

The Cradle is an online magazine focusing on West Asia/Middle East-related topics. It was deprecated in the 2024 RfC due to a history of publishing conspiracy theories and wide referencing of other deprecated sources while doing so. Editors consider The Cradle to have a poor reputation for fact-checking.

The Wikipedia link entry for the cradle.

To be fair, wikipedia editors, especially the ones most active on pages having anything to do with the middle east, are generally known to have a severe pro-Israel bias.

For example, it hasn't deprecated the excretable pro-apartheid tabloid The Jerusalem Post, even going so far as to removing the "controversy" section for "lack of notability", leaving no indication of the fact that it's basically the Daily Mail (if not the Daily Stormer) of Israel.
