The butt blasters?
was that their name?
ass blasters, that was it.
I'm very excited, I don't care if it's a reboot or a sequel or anything, I will be watching.

I just realized that the poster shows a lot of teeth on the tremors, but the article has a good shot of a tremor and they have no teeth whatsoever.
I believe that's actually one of the tongue worm things on the poster
I really wonder how thumbnails work, because the thumbnail for this post is the poster art, but I don't see it anywhere in the linked article. Anyway, I was thinking about this poster:
Honestly I think we're both a little right here. That's definitely one of the tongue worms that comes out of the graboid's mouth, but I do believe they added more teeth than it actually has in the movie π
Spoiler for the first film
What's on the poster is actually the "tongue" of a Graboid, the strange worm creatures of the series. In fact they have three "tounges".
Continuing your spoiler for the first film
Oh, that makes more sense. The scale makes it look like it should be the full graboid, not just one of the tongues.
But the tongues don't have teeth? That is definitely the tip/head of a tongue but the movie doesn't show teeth on them. Remember the one that they pulled off of Earl's axel? No teeth.
Looks like if they didn't have teeth I the movie, they were supposed to. Here's a promo picture for the movie.
Yes! Good news.
We used to watch the part in Tremors 2 where Julio gets chomped in slow motion over and over.
The scene where the truck's headlights in the distance come to a stop in the night used to scare the absolute shit out of me as a kid. I don't know why it was so horrifying. Left a lot to the imagination, I guess. Then you see the aftermath.
Is that when Pedro gets it? I need to rewatch now, itβs been like 20 years.
It might be. It's hard to remember. Two characters are waiting on supplies somewhere and they see the headlights way off suddenly come complete stop. After a while they know something's up and they go to investigate, and wind up finding the truck half destroyed, with the driver's hands still gripping the wheel and the rest of his body devoured by the little zergling guys. I feel like you might get to see a flashback from the driver's perspective too, but again, it's been so many years.
(looked it up and this is the Pedro scene)
Hey Pedro, Peeeeddddrrroooo
I use to love this series. Hopefully they don't go off to butcher it.
This is awesome news!!
So what?
