Welcome to the discussion of US Politics!

Rules:

  1. Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.

Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
  3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

Right after he unveils his replacement for the Affordable Care Act and finishes infrastructure week?

[–] kiku@feddit.org 16 points 1 month ago

It will be a busy week, for sure.

[–] Xeroxchasechase@lemmy.world 16 points 1 month ago

No, right after he whistles to his neo nazi followers.

[–] jordanlund@lemmy.world 10 points 1 month ago

And reveals his big announcement on Obama's birth certificate.

Put some panties on that neck. It’s obscene.

[–] Cadeillac@lemmy.world 14 points 1 month ago (1 children)

I can't stop laughing at this. The trumpussy already gets me, but this sent me over the fucking top

I can’t unsee it now. I’m cursed and his nussy is everywhere.

The worst is when he’s Bo jangles “dancing” and “milking the air cocks” pointing them right at that supple nussy.

[–] Riccosuave@lemmy.world 27 points 1 month ago

Hopefully the good people of Springfield take the time to roast an actual pussy once he gets there.

[–] Cadeillac@lemmy.world 23 points 1 month ago

So he has concepts of visiting?

[–] CaptDust@sh.itjust.works 21 points 1 month ago (1 children)

It's really not necessary, please. Go do literally anything else.

[–] Furball@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 month ago

I’m fine if he keeps wasting his time making weird visits to non swing states

[–] Jordan117@lemmy.world 18 points 1 month ago

Well ain't this guy a geographical oddity? Two weeks from everything!

[–] ATDA@lemmy.world 14 points 1 month ago

They said Haitians eat cats, and spread HIV

Is he going to get up there and say they control the banks and the media next?

Vance called Trump Hitler... Then takes the first page out of baby Hitler's playbook...

There is something about "two weeks" that the Republicans have figured out....

  • Trump's Obamacare replacement
  • George Santos saying he'll release his "Jew-ish" ancestry

I'm sure there are others.

It's just on the other side of the current population's attention span and short-term memory.

[–] henfredemars@infosec.pub 9 points 1 month ago

Please don’t incite violence.

What the Trump campaign thinks it's doing: keeping the conversation on immigration, making a photo op in a city at the center of the conversation.

What the Trump campaign is actually doing: keeping the conversation on Trump's lunatic false claims, spending time campaigning in a state he won by 8 points last time.

What, to rub it in? He's turned that town into a warzone of insanity. Might as well piss in the town square and head out.
