Basically it's nice to look at but completely useless.

Sam Fisher for the US? I call bullshit
It was generated with "the help of AI". It's definitely bs
Seeing Brazil pick Pac-Man and not anyone from a FIFA game is honestly pretty crazy.
If they pick Pac-Man and not Ms. Pac-Man they're posers
Don't get me wrong, Fisher is awesome... but the hell?
Wasn't black out like 10 years ago?
The methodology seems sketchy. If this ai is just scraping tweets for mentions it may not know the difference between Mario or East side Mario's (Italian restaurant chain in Canada) I don't know anyone up here who'd say Mario is their favorite character in video games. It's could also baised if a game had recently come out featuring any if these characters around the time of polling.
This explains why everyone's "favourite" character is Zelda but nobody's is Link
Now I'm really wondering if the participants (or the people conducting the poll) knew the difference between Zelda and Link.
The entire thing can be skewed from just advertising by companies. AI sucks balls for legit information. I'm sure there was no actual humans involved in this.
Their "methodology" blurb has so many buzzwords that I'm inclined to agree.
Yeah like I doubt Sam Fisher would even register in the heads of the majority of gamers in the US. Also what does "most loved" even really mean
I had to look up who that was.
I'd bet if they actually surveyed gamers, you'd see more people jokingly submitting "John Halo" than Sam Fisher
Sam Fisher lives on in our hearts. Hopefully one day he can live again. Not from Ubisoft though, their last like 4 games have been total irredeemable garbage.
If they're just scraping tweets, it's probably looking at mentions of a million and one regular guys in the US named Sam Fisher and not the character.
Finland - Mario. I call BS.
Mario is the first that comes to mind to non-gamers
