I do occasionally make review threads like that one. They're easy to do and aren't done by hand actually, anyone can grab the template from OpenCritic.
Go to OpenCritic and find the game you want
Under "Share This Game", click the rightmost button (Export)
Choose the "Reddit" export (it's actually just markdown so it can be used anywhere)
And there you go, it'll give you a template full of reviews you can copy and paste to make your own thread. Now it's mostly a matter of cleaning up the formatting a bit and maybe removing some lesser known reviews in case there are too many (like 20+ of them)
