It's a bpm based playlist I found on Spotify. Suits my cadence. Every now and then theres an extra motivating song to push a bit up the hill or something, eg. Panama or Rebel Yell etc....

I've made playlists at 130, 140, 150, 160, 170 and 180 BPM. They've been made for cycling, brisk walking and running. They're all about 5 years old, now. I should update them.
