Banana and Dijon mustard on toast is pretty good.

Like at the same time? Toast the bread, spread Dijon, and cut up banana slices to top. I might get drunk enough to try it one day.

Yep! I do it as you say, and a bit of extra Dijon on the banana slices. I prefer using lots of Dijon, which (since I don't eat spicy stuff often) does make me cry a bit, but it feels like a fair punishment for the meal I've created.
