I would make a review thread but it seems like reviewers just started playing, so there aren't many yet.

How is it if I want to try and keep my party minimal? It looks fun but I know I didn't like having a lot of characters in dungeon siege

It’s very much balanced around having a party of 4 characters. But the game itself is incredibly open ended. You could probably make fewer characters work but the game would be harder.

So there is no equivalent of the Lone Wolf talent from DoS2?

As far as I’m aware, there is not.

I am a bit sad about that lesser degree of freedom, since I prefer smaller parties. Especially during the first playthrough I don´t want to have to learn 4 different classes in parallel :(
