For the people who don't know, the studio that made Patapon shut down in 2021, so they made a new studio with essentially the same people and decided to do a Patapon spiritual successor. It's going live on Kickstarter in a few days. Can't wait.

I like the looks of it but is that actually how it sounds? I found it hard to even get through the video with the baby-voiced children screaming.

I mean, it's basically the same as Patapon's audio design.

Ah, okay. My bad. Yes, it should probably sound something like that. At least, the consistent "Ratatan" chants (or variations thereof). Some of the higher, more meaningless screaming happens, but at least it's not 3 out of every 4 quarter notes. If you catch some Patapon 2 videos, you'll see what I mean.
