No, it literally isn't. This meme isn't pro-Israel, it's shock at people cheering for Iran which is also an evil government.
Like how you were cheering on Israel just a day ago when they were leveling apartment buildings in Tehran.
It's almost like I've been incredibly consistent with my view thay Iran is an evil state that should not have nuclear weaponry, and the people supporting Iran are morons :)
