I assume all the beautiful celebrities are at least invited to the high-end sex cult orgies. Whether they participate or not is really just a matter of preference (ideally).

Outside of nepo-babies they probably didn't become celebrities without first participating and demonstrating willingness in the existing high-end cult orgies.
