Star Wars.
Not even close.
I recently rewatched the prequels with a friend and we quickly decided to count the number of scenes/lines that are used as memes and reactions.
Don't remember of the top of my head, but it was in the triple digits.
Star Wars is absolutely quotable on a minute by minute basis - if you like the meme culture around it : ^)
At this point, it's easier to count the prequel lines that haven't become memes.
The sand one is a great one, though.
