I've been on the internet a long time and have never heard that term for it in my life.
Weird.
If you were a mod that had to deal with the threat of it in the past you should've heard it by now. Or if you read news about FB or whatever else having to remove it, it tends to pop up in those articles too.
I hadn't heard it until I was on /r/ModCoord and because there are so many power mods there with tens of millions of subscribers that term popped up a lot.
