Anytime someone starts with "it's just a fact" you can be pretty darn sure that whatever is coming isn't just a fact.
"I'm not racist, but" followed 100% of the time by something racist.
I'm not a racist but I'm just saying the chorizo quesadilla I had yesterday was delicious.
