I'm not bitter or anything but the way goalkeepers are protected is a joke. They get away with so much and get fouls called in their favour for absolutely everything.

Having such good players available to them certainly helps but Morocco usually have good players and were perennial under performers until 2022. I think most of their success has to be attributed to Walid Regragui and his coaching staff for building a cohesive squad and setting the team up well tactically.
Rugby is mostly played by private school kids or in certain areas like the borders. It's not really a detriment to football. Football's problem is primarily a coaching issue which is something that Rugby also suffers from.
Scotland first beat England in 1877 and were the first team to beat them at Wembley. Wales and Ireland (original Ireland football team for the entire island) both beat England multiple times in England before 1953 but Hungary were the first continental European team to beat England in England which is why it's so well known.
