How else would the mega rich be able to buy up the property and rent out the spaces for normal people to finance?

Let's hope they both get the fine and are forced to make the changes afterwards.

They really do deserve it, and the money could be used somewhere else.

Google already got hit a few years back.

Google suffered one of its biggest setbacks on Wednesday when a top European court fined it 4.125 billion euros ($4.13 billion) for using its Android mobile operating system to thwart rivals, offering a precedent for other regulators to ratchet up pressure.

Gode argumenter, og det lyder til du har sat dig fint ind i sagen. Derfor at det nok også bedre at lytte til dig end mig ift det her.

Enig i den her.

Især også med argumentet, at det her frigiver timer fra ansatte, der kan bruge tiden mere effektivt via bedre værktøjer.

I'll give some examples of great implementations of socialism that drives welfare in today's democracies, as I personally believe that socialism can't exist without democracy, as it's one of the core values of the concept, that's it's controlled by the people.

One of socialisms ultimate goals are also equality, which my examples will show.

  • Free education
  • UBI if you get fired
  • UBI for old people
  • UBI for students
  • Free health care (duh)
  • Free dental (normally only till age of 18 today)
  • Basic insurance paid by the government

These are just the big ones that really helps to make sure that very few people are actually poor and are getting desperate because of it.

Also, it's always important to say that socialism and capitalism are NOT mutually exclusive. It's perfectly normal to have all these concepts from socialism in a capitalist country.

I think we can agree that a country with 100% capitalism or socialism is not the best way to go.

Socialism is not a 'one thing' . It's a concept as a whole. You can have good or bad socialism and everything in between.

The world is far more nuanced than that.

literal screams of frustration trying to coordinate mice.

Hold on boys, there's an actual chance that our generation will be gamer gods for all time to come.

Americans being afraid of socialism is proof that propaganda works. It's literally for the people.

Well, that's not true.

We say it because both US parties are very similar, and both of them are very right leaning compared to the rest of the western world.

It also indicates that's there's no democracy in the US, because there's only really one choice.

Even the historical, biggest right wing party in Denmark would not remove any of the things you mentioned, except school lunches.

Hi all,

I just got a Raspberry Pi 5 and I'm about to do my first setup, but it's a jungle to understand everything as a 'noob'.

My plan is to install the following:

  • Pi-hole
  • Tailscale
  • Traefik

I want to achieve DNS ad blocking and access to all my services on my laptop and phone.

Would these services achieve this? Do they work together? And am I missing something to make it work?

Sorry if this is plain stupid to ask, but I can't seem to find anything where all 3 is used together.

EDIT: Thank you so much everyone! There's so much help for me here, and I'll recommend anyone with similar question as me to read the comments

Basically title.

I have the DVDs and I have the hardware to burn them to my PC.

But the file size is too much. What software would be ideal to get the best quality with the lowest file size?

I'm going for file sizes per movie at around 2-3gb max.

For me it's the Batteries Regulations.

It includes things like:

  • Replaceable batteries that is "easy for consumers to remove/replace" in devices like smartphones, tablets and cameras by 2027.

  • Recycling "of critical raw materials such as cobalt, lithium and nickel" in batteries will be prioritised and developed further by 2025.

Let me hear yours. It can be anything, and also regulations from the past which came into effect in 2023.

First of all, L4s (sorry misspelled in titel) is not a real user, so no harm done here.

It's an automatic bot xposting from reddit, making this community just as bad as r/technology, which kind frankly only revolves around politics and social media platforms.

I've had the user blocked 2 weeks now, and this community is muuuuch more enjoyable and is actually about technology now.

Just wanted to share a positive experience.

Alot of us who have a Raspberry Pi 3 or 4 might upgrade to the Raspberry Pi 5.

Doing so would leave us with 2 Pi's. What are some great use cases for the older Pi, that would no longer be the main machine?

EDIT: Thanks so much guys! This was really helpful, and I didn't imagine so many would help out!

Hey guys,

I've used PiHole for over a year now, and I really like it. I use it with WireGuard, so I always have my DNS blocker with me.

But I've wondered if I even have some good lists? I used some standard lists from a reddit thread when I set up my PiHole, and I've never looked at it since.

So what blocklists do you use? Something you can recommend?

Also, if you use Blocky or AdGuard, do you find it better than PiHole?
