“The guarantor protocol of Nilda Garré is repealed,” stated Bullrich at the end of her press conference, in reference to the rules governing police actions in the face of protests that was installed in 2011 during the government of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. Garré, who was Minister of Security at the time, established some basic rules of engagement during demonstrations, such as police intervention being deployed in a “progressive” manner, starting with dialogue with the organizers of the protest. The Garré protocol also established the prohibition of officers who might come into direct contact with the demonstrators from carrying firearms, that rubber bullets could only be used “for defensive purposes,” that all officers and their vehicles should be visibly identified, and that the police should guarantee free news coverage of protests without preventing journalists from taking testimonies and photographs. What the repeal of this protocol would entail remains unclear.

Emphasis mine. It's pretty clear the consequences will be crackdowns on protesters.

Vote here for Owl

Owl from Winnie the Pooh

Owl came into the finals with a solid lead. As a traditional pick, he thought he would be able to just strut into the big win. He didn't see Archimedes flapping along behind slowly catching up. How will he do today? No one knows.

Like Rabbit, Owl is traditionally portrayed as a real animal, as opposed to a stuffed toy belonging to Christopher Robin (regardless, he has been depicted as a stuffed owl in Christopher's room in several films). Despite not always being portrayed as one of Christopher Robin's toys, Owl is one of his fondest friends. He often acts as Christopher's eyes and ears in the Hundred Acre Woods; his considerable maturity and ability to fly makes him a crucial part of solving problems throughout the forest, though he can occasionally overlook this fact due to his minimal intelligence.

Vote here for Archimedes

Archimedes from Sword in the Stone

Archimedes surprised everyone as a walk on to the semi finals. With a surprising upset he beat all comers in points gained. Let's see if this pint sized prodigy can secure a victory here in the finals.

Archimedes is known for being somewhat grouchy and sarcastic, especially in the morning. He also has a pompous streak, and is easily offended. Though he is loyal to Merlin, he is not afraid to point out the Wizard's shortcomings and often does. He is, however, very well educated, and possesses a great deal of practical knowledge. Though at first he is haughty and dismissive to Arthur, he slowly warms to him as he helps Merlin educate him, and eventually becomes a devoted and loyal friend, even staying by his side after Merlin blows himself to Bermuda.

Egypts internet infrastructure of 2011 does not equal US internet infrastructure of 2025. The US is too well connected to feasibly turn off the internet. With egypt in 2011 they only had to shut down five ISPs and that shut off the internet in their country.

And if I were a king in Faerun I would spend my money like that. Fuck them druids.

I put it on my healer because of the downed they get back up with some health part. that is clutch for a healer. Plus I think its funny to make a follower of Shar carry something that casts light.

I heard this meme was recovered from a "genuine" cardassian optolythic data rod.

Strategically placed near every door, window, sewer pipe, and vent the DM put an Antimagic Field device.

I especially like to imagine a druid coming in through the sewer as a rat and having his robes get soaked in poo when he gets popped out of wild shape.

I don't even trigger her at all. That fight can be fucking cancer at higher difficulties. What I do is make sure I enter the shadow cursed lands from the mountain pass. that puts me near the drider's group and I just slaughter them and free the pixie. Then I never have to talk to Isobel and that fight never gets triggered. They even made a specific scene for this scenario if you go back to the Last Light after freeing nightsong and never having met Isobel.

I have not. I'm currently in the middle of act 3 in honor mode on one playthrough and middle of act 2 in another on tactician because I want to try something in tactician before I try it in honor so I don't bork my honor mode save. But I've beaten the game multiple times on tactician now and have about 620 hours in game.
