Cohh made a video about this, because he got the very same advice that you just gave. it ruined his playthrough and after hearing his reasons, I know that it would have ruined mine as well. so I would be very careful about this, it definitely depends on how you personally like to play and enjoy RPGs.

not only industry and sector dependent, also dependent on the country. at least in my personal bubble (in Germany), remote work is still very common. I also heard from companies who openly advertise remote work and get much more job applications because of it.

I don't expect it to be as bugged as previous releases. they were often fighting against a set timeline. this time it sounds like Microsoft urged them to postpone the release to make sure that the game is more polished. and recent interviews also sounded like there are hundreds of people playtesting the game right now. so I expect it to have less bugs then usual... mainly because of Microsofts involvements.
