No probs π
Yes that could be it! I just remember it being amazing and futuristic pressing the buttons and zipping through hyperspace
I can also remember being very disappointed that the Atari packaging art never reflected the game graphics lol (I was young)
Me and my brother got one of these as a joint Xmas present, it came with a free game- Combat!
I loved playing Space Invaders, Frogger, Empire Strikes Back, there was also a space game where you had to input coordinates into a gadget to then hyperspace jump and fight other space ships, can't remember what it was called but it was great!
It's still at my parents house in the original box...
Well it is in Port Talbot, which is not a huge distance from Cardiff.........maybe there's a David Tennant nearby for someone to take home?
Like WoW type of pieces? A friend of mine used to collect and paint up pieces for table campaigns (not sure of the right terminology) they looked really good
You can read up on them, and see some nice photos here on mander.... they're really interesting creatures!
I love Reedy's work too, he has an incredibly large selection of film/comic/manga prints to explore. I could just post his work everyday and not get bored of it..... and thank you for the feedback π
....I hope I am not coming across here as being too extreme...
Not at all, you've basically summed up how I feel, plus added something I hadn't considered which is what would happen if I was banned from .ml for a post or comment. I've got a few days holiday to have a think about it all and also ask the community... I don't want to make top down 'executive decisions' without consultation
Cheers π
Get yourself a camera and have some fun!
Even if you do nothing with your photos, being out and about and thinking visually, looking for ideas, is all part of it and you can find different things in your environment... weird little nooks and crannies, bugs, interesting texture, it's all there to be discovered
In the mean time, you can still get some quality photos with a phone camera, plus its usually always accessible, and can also be a 'visual diary' of places and photos you want to take with a better piece of kit
Go out there, and enjoy yourself π
Nice photo! π
Classic!
Thanks for the info, I probably need to do a post explaining all the different types of printmaking.... and/or do a quick description like yours when I post something a bit 'different' π
