Coincidentally there are 6 down votes on this post as of now lol

I mean I can give you the charts that show the split happens right around the time Nixon ends the gold Standard in 1971.

Yes, that Nixon.

I really need you and everyone else to know that the gold Standard was holding down inflation. The massive wealth disparities we see now are because of the US dollar becoming fiat.

The quicker we return to a standard of any kind the quicker things go back to normal.

This is not their intent. They want ownership of property, not gold. Property is the only thing in true demand. And only the wealthy can afford it.

Ah, yes, the holy Trinity.

The only thing that made less sense than a virgin birth or resurrection.

It still doesn't make sense. Like from a narrative view either. It doesn't help the story, or the belief it's just a useless... Thing?

I guess that's my point. I agree with you. ASD make up a large portion of ND. I don't personally like the ND identity even with an ADHD diagnosis (and have quite obvious symptoms when off my meds).

The reason I don't like it is because if you use it as an identity, suddenly my experience needs to be accepted by everyone. I need the medicine to function in this society. To appear as a functioning adult. If I just said to people "Im neurodivergent" and expect them to handle my lengthy train of thought and wild imagination I would probably not have a job.

It isn't race, ethnicity, a sexuality or gender - that is an identity that affects no one regardless of occupation or status except the individual. Neurodivergent disorders affect you, your family, your friends, your employer, your customers, your classmates, etc.

Oh, hey, see now that is something I may be able to do. Instead of following the stated answer of least resistance, keep a mind out for a question on that path.

That's good advice, but my problem is that my line of thought is connected to every other line of thought. It's quite the task to know where an answer to a question ends.

Black and white thinking is pretty common in ASD though isn't it?

Even if he was rich, he did what we're all thinking most of the time about the ultra wealthy and apparently because he was thinking it too.

I think the title of martyr can be applied to a prisoner as well. Usually a prisoner that isn't allowed to return after his time is served. So even if they don't kill him, the longer he's held, the more of a martyr he is.

I'm surprised they haven't already. They have said things like calling this extremism etc.

Unfortunately, that may backfire worse than they think it will. The moment they identify supporters of what he did as terrorists, then a lot more people suddenly become immune to further propaganda towards terrorism.

The smart thing for them would have been to shut up about it.

Engineers tend to be less accepting of the "debate and theory" part of science and more of the "analyze and act" part.

As in, the debate is stupid, the theory is that the rich have fucked us all, now let's see what we can do immediately to make it work.
