For me, to 'get shit done' means to enter a state of flow and focus. For that I put on noise cancelling headphones and put this Chillhopmusic playlist on shuffle.

(It's not my playlist, just a public one that someone has created and shared.)

What does a British person's home made curry taste like? I'm curious.

Ditto for London. I assume most local council recycling facilities accept small electrical waste.

Exactly. The fact that "disposable" vapes even exist is mind-boggling. And now they account for more than half of the electrical waste going to landfill. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Why do they even exist? Can't they be banned?

It's like buying a USB battery pack to recharge your phone - and then chucking it out after it's run out.

For the same reason big hair can make someone look crazy. They make you look unkempt.

Sadly Lidl trollies in the UK doesn't. At least not at my local.

Their trollies used to have plastic hooks fitted to the front of the trolly, but they've been removed for some reason 😪

Thanks! I'll try this next time when I get one of these popups.

Interesting 🤔 "intercept" as in to rip them?

And suppose a friend asked me how you do that. What should I tell them?

This sounds like the Netflix model.

Hello 👋🏻 fellow AdGuard user here. This extension never gets much mention – people seem to prefer AdBlock and uBlock Origin for whatever reason – but I'm very happy with AdGuard and have used it for years now.

I don't have any issues reading articles online. I wonder if we're subscribed to different filter lists.

I believe there's a filter called "anti-adblocker" or something – I would suggest you enable that if you don't already have it enabled. My understanding is that it'll block scripts that check if you have an adblocker – resulting in fewer of those "please disable your adblocker" banners.

I opened Spotify this morning to be greeted by a modal popup with a "sponsored recommendation".

Why am I seeing ads if I'm already paying for the premium plan!? 😑

It seems like rumours and suspicions have solidified today. So I was genuinely interested to see who was presenting the 10 o'clock news this evening – and how the current BBC-related story was covered.
