What are the enumerated elements of that per the statute, and how did Vance violate them?

Why is it an issue that she is affiliated with Trump?

If anything, this is a great development for Democrats. Loomer is incompetent. So we should hope that Trump is listening to her

You realize that by demanding people shut up about genocide, you've actually incentivized users to talk about genocide, right?

that's not an option

Why?

It is a viable option. There is nothing preventing the Democrats from opposing genocide

Biden could do so tomorrow. Harris could then continue that policy

She will have the same position on genocide as Biden

[–] newfie@lemmy.ml 5 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Kamala will be the same as Biden on practically every issue

Which overall, is fine.

But on this issue of genocide, is damning

and/or

"And/or" is grammatically incorrect. It should be "or" because "or" does not preclude the possibility of both being present

Yeah my point is that voters did show up. Dems did historically well in 2022 for an incumbent party

Its just that the structure of our electoral politics favors rural areas and gerrymandered districts. Which currently means the red team benefits. Which isn't the fault of recent voters

You're blaming an individual for the actions of a group that they are not a part of and did not participate in. That's collective guilt
