VAR was good at the 2018 world cup. That was 5 years ago and the first time these refs had to do it. The PL has had VAR for 4 years and it's still a mess. But yeah, the system is obviously the problem. It's not the fact that the most important factor they take into account is if they are ready to hurt their mate's feeling by telling him he was wrong.

I thought that debate was settled when USG finished above them in the group stages then knocked them out in the round of 16 last year.
Bit weird to label that as "most loyal players". The club is often the reason why a player leaves and if it was only up to the players then a lot of older players would stay at their club.
Unless he's just joined that club by then I don't see why it would be an issue.
He's not supposed to be far right tho, he's from Macron's party which is center or center-right
The craziest thing is that he has around 16 goals in his first 50 games and has been averaging around one goal per game since 2016 now.
