City players were mad that a foul wasn't called on Broja

OP is a United fan and this is basically a repost

It's being reposted by a United fan, only difference is this is now in a neat little graphic instead of the full report.

Be angry at Gabriel for not standing strong on his man

Just be stronger Gabriel

I'm done listening to all the mental gymnastics needed to conclude that Joelinton didn't foul Gabriel

although Joelinton does have his hands on Gabriel, there isn't enough to award a foul as Gabriel had made an action to play the ball before any contact

The ball falls through the gap between Joelinton's arms and Gabriel's neck that's being forced down. The only reason that gap exists is because Joelinton is forcing Gabriel's head down, but that doesn't matter because an "action" by Gabriel already occurred? It's nonsense, they wanted to give the goal, it's that simple.

Olise and now Eze contracts renewed, that's the best business Palace have done this year, it would have been terrible to lose either of them at a cut price

I hate that every list these days is broken up into itty bitty pieces and as many posts as possible to convey what used to be done in 1 or 2 posts, just to farm likes/upvotes/clicks

Partey was hardly ever injured at Atlético Madrid, genuineley misses half a season every season now, so frustrating

That is a difficult one to live down

His confidence definitely needed that

I think he's more likely to dig his heels in and back Raya. Mudryk's fluke sliced cross wasn't Raya's fault. The annoying part is that Raya isn't an obvious upgrade to Ramsdale, he's better at some things but worse at others. I know Arteta didn't like how inconsistent Ramsdale had become with his long distribution but we're now less press resistant when we're playing out from the back because Raya's pass selection is not optimal to beat the opponents' press.
