Anyone who is a fan should support the people who create it, not just their own rabid desire for content.
...the point of the law is to stop people feeding the homeless. In their fucked up minds, if they make the city inhospitable to the people without money or resources, they'll leave. Ignoring the fact that they don't have the resources to do that. So it's basically a "if you're homeless, die quickly" law.
It's not impossible to default. It should be, but it isn't due to "debt ceiling" nonsense. Political instability is the cited reason for the downgrade and, yeah, makes perfect sense why that would be.
