Listen, I would let it play out. Show her you trust her and love her, but be there for her when inevitably, feelings of strong jealousy or unfairness creep in. That is very difficult to handle for adults, let alone 17yos. More often than not this kind of scenario doesn’t work out. Not to say it’s inevitable, but, it’s not easy to be in one, and it certainly isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. My own jealousy was difficult to face. An emotion which many of us don’t have to fight with often. It’s surprisingly strong. Took me years to work on and even still it affects.

Man. Look at that psychopath’s expression as he stares Trump in the face.
With huge campuses some business have, I wouldn't call it negligible. Unless you yourself are running a huge business campus and have some insight on how these noobs should be doing it. 😅
Let’s send RFK down there to show them what’s up. 🥴
I love this thread haha yay!
I guess you could say… that’s my bag… baby!
I read a lot I guess, and I didn’t understand why they think like this. From what I see, are constant improvements in MANY areas! Language models are getting faster and more efficient. Code is getting better across the board as people use it to improve their own, contributing to the whole of code improvements and project participation and development. I feel like we really are at the beginning of a lot of better things and it’s iterative as it progresses. I feel hopeful
It's the secret It's the moment When everything happens
My grandmother literally used a whistle. I had to stay within hearing distance. Which was pretty loud tbh. We played outside all day though 😋 I didn’t get my first cell phone until 2003 I think. I hate to say it was better back in my day.. because it really wasn’t by many metrics. But by that metric, I think it mattered.
I use 3 computers daily. Work. Desktop. And Mac mini. That Mac never needs rebooting. The laptop for work is shut off at night daily. The desktop pc if also often in overnight 🙈 Before you judge me, I offset by buying renewal power (water/solar). Point is. I really do rarely need to use the power button.
This is do heartwarming honestly. We hear so much about eco destruction. Not so much when things are improving.
