Delisted is just removed from stores. Servers still let you download the game if you own it
I'll never stop thanking Australia for that, because it forced Valve to put their policy world-wide which then forced the even shittier companies to do the same.
Well, most of them at least.
Well there's not really any major 3rd person MOBA's, and Deadlock is not very similar to Smite in gameplay.
I think it's an interesting addition to a not very well explored genre -- I'm not the biggest MOBA fan but this one is a lot of fun (for me) because of the emphasis on movement and patience.
I wonder if the dev team wanted to play a game that doesn't really exist yet and so they made this, since it seems more like a passion project.
Article update:
Update #1 - 14:31 UTC: Rockstar have now put up an official FAQ for BattlEye where they state:
Is BattlEye compatible with Steam Deck?
Steam Deck does not support BattlEye for GTA Online. You will be able to play GTAV Story Mode but unable to play GTA Online.
Note: GTAV and GTA Online are not officially supported on Steam Deck and all technical support questions should be directed to Valve’s Steam Deck support content and community.
I'm still currently waiting for an official statement from Rockstar on any plans to enable it, since BattlEye as mentioned below is supported on Linux / Steam Deck.
It was the same for anti-war compilation concerts against Bush in the 2000's, it's more about the statement a lot of times.
I'm sure.its a bit of that too, but I do feel like the ultimate reason is still, "well why are you taking time off to do something that isn't only benefitting you?"
basically the same mindset that created this culture is what developed compensation for our time, as opposed to just taking the loss for the day to do a good thing.
I could not believe it, but I'm choosing to... Believe it.
It's funny because we don't even need GPU's. There's tech that offloads the model's "search" to an analog computer which is ~98% accurate for a fraction of the energy.
I imagine NVIDIA isn't too excited about that side of AI, though.
I think it's for people who are intentionally playing poorly, not navigating their way around the map and getting lost or being a poor shot
Social media people only get paid $100 a month? I doubt that.
