I'd say start organizing for ranked choice now...but Trump definitely won't listen. Shit, will we even still have FPTP?
Nixon (also Reagan and Johnson) severely damaged it, Trump is just the end stage.
If the Communists are willing to do what they say we need to do. This is a big "if" that I don't see any evidence for.
If they used Mastodon or Lemmy, those people would be less tense.
If they had more normies on it, maybe. But Lemmy seems to be composed primarily of the tensest people in the world to me.

I ultimately believe "everything is political" is true in the sense that everything interfaces with and influences the political system...but some people just use it to devalue any discussion that does not mention governorship, and any stories that are not propaganda.
