I recently blocked all JavaScript in uBlock Origin. It makes loading and reading websites a lot nicer, though you frequently have to enable JS of you want to buy something or use the site menu. This site seems to work without JS for example

Nice, Linux compatible too. Added to my wishlist but they'll need to wait until I've finished baldurs gate 3...
