I don't know about schools in Spain, but in France you can't easily leave school premises during school hours
Nowhere in this article is indicated that these changes are only for elementary schools.
And you go to school until you're 17/18 years old. It's perfectly reasonable for them to have a tea or a coffee

Freshly brewed black tea in hot weather is absolutely brilliant. I've got into tea trinking during a holiday in Sicily.
They don't shoot themselves in the foot like LibreOffice and ship the Ribbon theme by default.
The default LibreOffice theme sucks if you grew up with MS Office 2007+.
Also it's more easy to get support for it. For LibreOffice you either have to know a vendor offering customisation and support, or have to search for it actively on the Website and then choose one of the 3 vendors going to their Website etc...
In the meantime you've already purchased an OnlyOffice license for your company with cloud services
