What will they think when those things don't happen? Some conspiracy shit?

The war room was a joke in Dr. Strangelove, so of fucking course it became a real thing.

Your dad reminds me of my wife's uncle. He has a disabled wife and is absolutely DROWNING. Apparently, this is all immigrants' fault and Trump will solve his problems.

He's also a raging alcoholic, and seems to be terrorizing his wife. His adult son hangs around, I think fearing what would happen to her if he left.

I see nothing in the article that indicates Trump himself feels this way. What his "advisors" think is irrelevant.

Thanks for writing this for me.

I'm in the same boat. I'm a white straight guy. So, I guess I'm not in immediate danger, although I am an academic. So, I guess my choices are: fight, flee or essentially hide.

Fighting seems infeasible although I think violence is justifiable.

Fleeing would require leaving the country. I dunno if I can swing that.

So....I guess I just live my life and hope it's not quite as bad as I fear? I dunno. I'm open to advice.

I do now hate this country and the bulk of the people who live here. Fuck them.

Gaza gets wiped out even faster now on top of all the other bad things the GOP want.

Not that I believe that Gaza dissenters mattered at all in this election. I'd be amazed if even 1% of voters considered it a factor for their vote.
