Amazing! I'm happy for you. Life isn't often great, but if you can be happy for your gf and seeing Sonic then it could be worse.

I'm in a situation where I work only three days a week and get by just fine. As much as I love not having to work 5 days a week, I'm not really feeling "free". Mostly because I still can't find to do stuff.
I'm douptfull that such a list exists. At least not in a comprehensive form.
Very traditional sleeping schedule you have.
I try to be asleep by 22, but that doesn't always work out. As I get older it gets harder and harder to stay awake long in the evenings. I have also begun to enjoy early mornings more.
Unfortunately I'm employed so that I have three nightshifts every week. So my sleepschedule is somewhat problematic.
"Betrayal" might be a wrong word for it, but I find this disappointing because the current events are the reason I have tried using Proton instead of Gmail. A tweet wont ruin the functionality of Proton, but it goes against my personal rationale for making the switch.
We are. Unfortunately actually stopping this is very difficult.
Very good question. Where I live they are supposed to be separated as "dangerous waste", because people are not trusted to empty them themselves.
I have personally stopped worrying about it. I check genders often and try to learn it as a part of the word. I hope that through input and usage these things start to stick, but I believe that I am going to do mistakes for a long time. Likely forever.
If a country gets away with not having a mandatory military service, then it sholdn't have one. Forcing people (usually just men) to spend a substancial amount of time in something, they might have zero motivation to, is unjust.
That being said, I absolutely support the fact that we do have a conscription based army here in Finland. There simply is an existential imperative for an army that is wastly larger than what could be achieved with volunteers. Maybe an initial fighting force could be mustered, but we would have problems refreshing it throug years of heavy attritional combat. Like Ukraine could most likely never maintain a fighting force through volunteer only.
That being said there is an option of civilian service here in Finland. I hold no grudge against anyone choosing that option. I agree that the system is fundamentally injust. I just see no alternative.
