Fear not, this will only be available to the super rich.

However, you will be able to feed your children by selling your organs, so we’ve got that going for us.

I loved this game. There was a pretty good iOS port a few years back but sadly it’s no longer supported.

Yeah this is absolutely needed… I grew up in Devon and remember when the bus services were privatised and taken away from the council… For about six months the prices dropped as two different companies competed, then one company won the other company folded and suddenly it was a monopoly… Prices tripled overnight and then over the next few years the number of services declined to the point where it was impossible to live in the village that I did and commute to work by bus

I feel like some people in this thread are overlooking the tongue in cheek nature of this humour post and taking it weirdly personally

I actually stopped my subscription to Wired recently because the damn site never recognises me and login does not seem to support autofill or biometrics. Really pissed me off.

Anyway, the gist of this article is the companies are spending money on building AI and sacking people to save that money

No no, that can’t be it… The laws The laws of capitalism and infinite growth dictate that consumers must have infinite spending power

So. My daughters got hold of a t-shirt from a charity shop that said “the walking dead”

They… modified it a bit before they sewed it on to a tank top.. so..proud?
