Doesn't work. I live in Hong Kong, which has some of the world's most efficient public transport systems. People don't actually talk. They just look at their phones. A train cart can be full of people but no conversation.

Wutip (蝴蝶) formed very close to Hong Kong, within 800km away. She isn't even classified as a "tropical cyclone" because she was not strong enough. She spent most of her lifetime as a "tropical depression".
The Chinese name literally means "butterfly", so that's why she has butterfly wings.
I call this "Typhoon Posting". Basically, I draw tropical cyclones as humans. This is the 1st typhoon this year, and my 3rd typhoon total.
