Let's be honest, i hesitated for a long time to publish this one because even if the bill is a good news, the fact that it took so long and that not all states did the same can clearly downlift it. What do you think ?

In some situations, using technology in a healthy way is not using it at all.Personally, i don't see any benefit of using mobile phones at school.
