Oh no, exposed female nipples? Surely society will collapse!

Walking in expecting to see some kind of comedy about how we're all going to go swimming in Berlin or something and instead it's a minefield of deleted comments like what the hell happened here?

Moderator here. There were many off-topic racist comments.

I was in grad school with a german woman and she spoke about how the US is so wierd about men wearing speedos and how its more normal. I replied that did the speedos look good on all the guys that wear them. She looked down and a bit and said no.

It's more normal to wear speedos in the US than in Germany? Really?

Also IMO, boxerbrief-style underpants are generally superior in both aesthetics and function, and that includes swimming trunks.

I guess I phrased that wrong. men in the us were wierd about wearing speedos so did not wear them. like wearing them was wierd wereas in europe wearing them was normal.

Oh, I thought you meant she was telling you that you looked bad in a speedo like, "Damn frauline, that was pretty brutal."

Oh, that's true for a lot of Americans both men and women (but not all).
