Don't take so seriously and you can never out exercise a bad diet.

Reading the other comments it sounds like this might be a healthy relationship.

Idk if this is my own baggage talking but the only thing that comes to mind is has he been married before and how did that turn out?

If he marries women and divorces them and leaves them in a bad situation, then I guess she should be ready for him to do the same to her eventually. I wouldn't suggest she go asking a lot of questions in a short period of time because I feel like this stuff comes out naturally over time but as she learns about it she should be aware of it and be prepared. (Do things like save money, get a degree or some other means of being able to support herself just in case shit happens.) I know people change, but I also know people don't and can keep the same behavior from relationship to relationship.

Tell them to go onto the YouTube kids website or the app and make a kids account. It doesn't have ads and that show is on there.

I was thinking last night about how I used to go cash my paychecks and then drive over to the Verizon store and pay my phone bill. I wouldn't be able to pay my bills on the website anymore. I'd have to call and give my checking info over the phone or get money orders to mail shit in. I can't even order standard checks with the account I have now.

Find another activity to replace it and limit your time.

Try to think, "this time, I'm going to go play with that game on my phone" or whatever that activity is.

When I feel like I'm sick of browsing social media I've done things like get up and tidy up, open the day planner, do a chore, play a video game, read, and hell I bought some word search books on ebay to have around to pull out and do. There's tons of other things to do that's better than this shit, you just have to remember that it's there and force yourself to go do it.

I hated the idea for the longest time. Then I realized a few things. I changed my outlook of working a hopeless job to a job being a tool for me to get the money I need to live a better life. I also accepted that life isn't fair and that not all the work I put in will equal the output. It feels like you have to do the work of 10 men to get anywhere. I accepted that and I put myself to work.

Sometimes you just have to get lucky and sometimes you have to grow. I worked many temp jobs and fast food restaurants until figured stuff out and landed a couple decent jobs. I started being able to hold a job for 1 year and then 2 years. I got lucky and found a temp job that decided to hire everyone perm. The catch was they waited to see who would sink or float. I floated. I wouldn't have floated if I hadn't had previous life experience.

Look at a job as an avenue or tool to achieve your goals. If you don't have any goals then just pick something. It could be as simple as you want to save up for something nice. Start small and pick bigger goals as you achieve them. And going back to the job as a tool thing, if you don't like the tool then get a new one. You wouldn't use a broken tool to fix something. Sometimes you have a bucket of random tools and you have to pull out a couple before you find the right or that isn't broken. Whatever to you pick, just try and keep trying. As long as you keep trying, you'll figure it out.

I would also add to try to improve yourself along the way. Whether it be working on self esteem, how to write a resume, interviewing skills, how to cook, how to improve your finances, how to fix a car, work on a computer..... Just work on something. You'll only help yourself and learn transferable skills along the way.

Taco bell has turned to ass. Even their bean burrito tasted off and most of the menu items I see are crazy shit that doesn't resemble anything in terms of Mexican food.

I'm sorry that happened to you. What do you want to do next in life?

One of the best lessons you can teach him is how to pick himself back up and keep moving. Make some goals. Talk about the goals with him. Talk about basic setbacks when they come up and how you change you plan to get around them. Life shit on you. It happens to us all in various degrees. It'll happen to him so one of the best gifts you can give him is teaching him how to overcome it.

You don't have to get back to the same place you were, or even the same occupation. But make goals of some sort and strive for them. I hope for the best for you.

It typically was because people kept posting their youtube or stream spam. I never 100% understood it either because what if it was an actual relavant video, then why not allow it?

Payday. Extra expenses keep sprouting like a mother fucker right now.

That and I'm eager to get Xmas shopping done and shit paid up.

I remember trying a home made cardboard one that worked pretty well. Make it just big enough for him to stop messing with it.

I found this link with some suggestions while trying to find a picture or video https://pangovet.com/pet-lifestyle/cats/diy-cat-cone-collars/ they make a paper plate one which is the same idea. Might be a good place for inspiration.

Probably not the first time this has made it's rounds but this was the first time I've seen this story.

Edit: sorry, thought it included the link. https://dailynewsreported.com/positive-affirmations/woman-chases-jehovahs-witnesses-down-the-street-yelling-succumb-to-my-devil-vagina-magic/ I have to shamefully admit I ate the onion

Destiny 2 was barely playable at all yesterday after weekly reset, thanks to a number of error codes being spat at players during login or travel. By evening, I couldn’t play at all, loading into empty activities that would promptly kick me out after a minute or two.

Bungie has now confirmed that these instability issues have nothing to do with the recent weapon superbug that they are in the middle of fixing, where some perks have been disabled as they press toward a larger solution. Bungie has in fact revealed these current attacks on Destiny 2 are the result of outside DDoSing. Here’s what the BungieHelp account said late yesterday:

"Over the past couple of days, we've seen a spike in error codes and disconnects. The team has confirmed that these error codes are not related to the planned fixes rolling out for the recent crafting issue and are instead a result of DDoS attacks. While we typically don't confirm…"

In the tweet, Bungie says that this has happened before, but normally they would not comment on it, as that can just aid and embolden the perpetrators. This time, they’re doing it because they didn’t want people to assume it was because of the ongoing major bug fix.

There have indeed been instances in the past when Destiny 2 was suffering from huge server issues where I was told it was in fact a DDoS attack, but Bungie couldn’t say anything due to the reasons above. But it’s a frustrating situation given that of course, the wider community will assume it’s Bungie’s fault (and I mean, sometimes it is just normal server problems) instead of an active attack. Though now in the future perhaps there will be a little more room for interpretation, given that this has happened before, it’s happening now, and it will happen again.

Bungie has been incredibly litigious as of late when it comes to people impacting the game or its community. They have sued and won judgements against several large-scale cheatmakers. They went after someone who issued false YouTube takedown notices. They were awarded a judgement against someone who terrorized their former community manager and his wife.

It stands to reason they may take similar action against a DDoSer, but finding them may be a tall order. They are doing way, way more active damage to the game than some of these other cases, but it’s notoriously difficult to hunt someone like this down. It has happened in the past, but rarely, if ever, for something like going after a video game’s servers. I’m sure Bungie would absolutely seek damages or criminal charges here, if it were possible. We’ll see what happens.

For now, the game seems to be working okay as of this morning, but it’s unclear if the attacks have ceased altogether. My heart goes out to every “fix things” team at Bungie between these attacks and the ongoing bug fixes for the wildest glitch in game history. Hell of a week (Lemon, it’s Wednesday).
